It sits inside Range vs Range: Stop analyzing isolated hands and start seeing the entire strategy — how two full preflop ranges collide on a flop, why the preflop favorite can lose its edge, and why raw equity alone never tells the whole story.

Theory preview
- Range Advantage
- Range advantage means your collection of hands has more equity than your opponent's collection. On ace-high boards, the preflop raiser has range advantage because their opening range has more aces.
- Nut Advantage
- Nut advantage means you have more of the 'best possible hands' than your opponent. If you can have the nuts and they cannot, you have nut advantage. This allows you to use large bets and overbets that your opponent cannot counter-with.
Worked example
BTN c-bets 85% on A72r — strong range advantage
