- Range advantage means your collection of hands has more equity than your opponent's collection. On ace-high boards, the preflop raiser has range advantage because their opening range has more aces.
- Nut Advantage
- Nut advantage means you have more of the 'best possible hands' than your opponent. If you can have the nuts and they cannot, you have nut advantage. This allows you to use large bets and overbets that your opponent cannot counter-with.
